Whenever possible Shoppee use DPD for ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’ UK deliveries as they provide a quality service that is secure and efficient and offers email pro-active track and trace. We generally use DPD for our European and Rest Of The World deliveries however occasionally we do use other carriers including Royal Mail. These carriers offer an equally secure and efficient service with track and trace capabilities.
The list below outlines where we ship to and gives an estimate of how long deliveries will take. Please note that these are estimations and can be subject to change so they should be used only as a guide.
DPD: guaranteed next 'working' day delivery. [Applies to orders received before mid-day UK time]
Others: approximate time: 1-2 working days from despatch
Approximate time: 3-5 working days from despatch
Rest Of The World
Approximate time: 5-10 working days from despatch
The Small Print
Please note these delivery times are not guaranteed especially during promotions and around mega-busy periods such as UK Bank Holidays and Christmas / New Year.
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days. [99% of the time orders are shipped immediately or the next working day].
Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to Shoppee and we will issue a full refund of goods MINUS our postal charge. We advise customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.
Not Delivered Items
For UK deliveries contact DPD via the instructions in their shipping email and use your tracking number. For International contact the relevant carrier and refer to your tracking code. Once it leaves our hands it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes.
Returns or Exchanges
If you have any issues with your items, whether the size is incorrect or you've had a change in taste, please follow the steps below to ensure a proper exchange and/or return.
We offer a 30 day ‘from date of purchase’ exchange/return policy. Once your order passes the 30 days mark, this policy does not apply to your order. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received, not washed, not worn, labels/hangtags attached, and odour-free (make sure when trying an item on that you are not wearing a deodorant/body spray that will leave stains/fragrances).
If it does not meet this criteria this policy will not apply.
